This demo page is part of the #MoreThanCode: Tech for Social Justice Field Scan project. The page uses search terms, surfaced through the research, to find job postings using that language via Indeed. In the future we hope to provide resources related to writing job descriptions, and recommendations around skills/experience/etc. We also hope to add a scoring mechanism using JobLint.org to test for racism, sexism, biased language issues that might suggest an unsupportive work environment as well as overall stats about jobs in the ecosystem.
